FTC v. Celsius

The FTC sues Celsius requesting a permanent injunction, monetary relief, and other relief. The FTC alleges that Celsius duped inexperienced cryptocurrency consumers into transferring their assets onto the Celsius platform.

This is the second case where this Judge has allowed service with an NFT on Defendants who cannot be located.
