Marini v. Adamo

The plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit against the defendants, accusing them of orchestrating a scheme to induce investment in a fraudulent rare coin investment and subsequently defrauding at least five victims, resulting in an estimated total loss of approximately $14.5 million.

All defendants, except Lisa Adamo, were found liable for over $11M in compensatory damages and $6.2M violations of the Exchange act. This case is a framework for addressing fraud in digital asset investments.
