Owen v. Elastos Foundation (Elastos Class Action)

Class action suit against Elastos Foundation alleging that the foundation’s initial coin offering and subsequent solicitations of purchases on the secondary market were offers and sales of unregistered securities without an exemption. Plaintiffs initially sought as much as $200 million in damages.

Anyone who purchased or acquired ELA tokens in “domestic transactions” was eligible to receive a share of the $2M settlement.
