The plaintiffs sue Voyager executives for violating securities laws by offering Earn Accounts that paid interest to users in exchange for lending the company's VGX Tokens.

Voyager settles securities class action over its lending program. Interestingly, Judge Jackson recently held that a similar program offered by Binance was not a securities offering.
